Registration Guidelines & Important Notes
To protect the quality of our Courses/Workshops and the rights of all participants, please read the following carefully before registering and making payment. By registering, you agree to these terms.
1. Rescheduling Policy
⟡ Each participant may reschedule once only, and must submit the request in writing (Email, private message, etc.) at least 7 days before the course start date.
⟡ Requests made after this period will be treated as a cancellation and handled according to the cancellation policy.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy (for personal reasons)
If you cannot attend after registering and paying, the following applies:
⟡ All reschedules or refunds will incur a 10% administrative fee (reschedule allowed once only).
⟡ Cancellation 25 days or more before the course start: 90% refund (-10% administrative fee), no reschedule.
⟡ Cancellation 14 days or more before the course start: 70% refund, no reschedule.
⟡ Cancellation 7 days or more before the course start: 50% refund, no reschedule.
⟡ Cancellation on the course day: No refund and no reschedule.
3. Cancellation by Organizer (non-personal reasons)
⟡ If the course is canceled due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., typhoon, natural disaster, serious accident of the instructor), you will receive a full refund with no fees, or may choose to reschedule to another class date.
4. Punctuality
⟡ Please arrive on time out of respect for the course and other participants.
⟡ If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, the organizer may deny entry. This will be considered an absence with no refund or make-up class.
5. Deposit Policy (if applicable)
⟡ If a deposit is offered to secure a spot, the balance must be paid within the organizer’s stated deadline. Failure to pay on time will result in forfeiture of the deposit, which is non-refundable.
6. Weather & Force Majeure
⟡ In case of severe weather or force majeure (e.g., transport disruption, government-mandated closures), the course will be postponed or canceled according to section 3.
7. Other
⟡ The organizer reserves the right to adjust the course content, time, location, and instructor.
⟡ Please ensure your contact details are correct to avoid missing important updates.
Reading & Healing Service Purchase Guidelines
The following applies to all readings, healings, and course services offered through this website. Placing an order or making payment means you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Age Requirement
⟡ You must be 18 years or older to purchase and book reading services.
⟡ By purchasing, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. Questions We Do Not Accept
⟡ Third-party questions (e.g., asking about others or their privacy).
⟡ Questions related to death.
⟡ Legal-related questions (e.g., lawsuits, inheritance, contracts).
3. Health-Related Questions
⟡ Health-related questions are allowed, but clients must take full responsibility for their own health.
⟡ Readings, Theta Healing, and Akashic Record readings are spiritual guidance only, not medical treatment, and cannot replace professional medical care.
⟡ If you feel unwell, please seek professional medical help.
⟡ AncientWhale assumes no legal responsibility for the results of any healing or reading.
4. Reader’s Rights
⟡ Our readers reserve the right to decline any reading or healing they deem inappropriate.
5. Client Responsibility
⟡ We are not responsible for any decisions you make after the session.
⟡ Readings reflect the current energy at the time; changes in your thoughts and actions can change the outcome. Decisions are entirely your own.
6. Booking & Payment
⟡ All services require full payment in advance.
⟡ For voice call sessions: we will arrange a time after confirming your order.
⟡ For written readings: the report will be sent within 1–5 business days (Mon–Fri) after confirming your order.
7. Rescheduling, Cancellation & No-Show Policy
⟡ Once payment is made, there are no refunds or transfers.
⟡ You may reschedule once. If you miss the second appointment, it will count as one used session.
⟡ Reschedule/cancel at least 3 days in advance (e.g., for a session on the 16th, notify by the 13th), via Line / WhatsApp only. Other methods are not accepted.
⟡ If you cancel within 3 days of your booking, it will count as 0.5 sessions used, and you must pay the remaining 0.5 session fee to proceed.
⟡ If you fail to confirm or contact us on the day of your appointment, it will be considered a no-show and counted as a full session used.
8. Punctuality
⟡ If you will be late, please notify us immediately via instant message (not email).
⟡ Session time is counted from the original booking start time.
⟡ Booked slots are held for 15 minutes only; late arrivals without notice will be considered a no-show.
⟡ If the reader needs to reschedule, you will be notified in advance.
Magic Product Purchase Guidelines & Important Notes

To protect both parties and ensure the best quality for your magic products, please read carefully before ordering. Placing an order means you have read and agreed to these terms.
1. Product Characteristics

⟡ Magic candles
⟡ Magic sprays
⟡ Magic crafting materials (e.g., dried herbs, blended oils)
⟡ All items are handcrafted. Some contain natural ingredients such as plants, minerals, or essential oils. Color, scent, shape, and details may vary slightly, which is normal and does not affect energy or function.
2. Custom Orders
⟡ Most magic products are custom-made based on your needs, energy, and intended use.
⟡ As these are personalized items, cancellations, returns, or refunds are not accepted after payment.
⟡ Any changes to the order must be made within 24 hours after purchase; changes after this period cannot be accepted.
3. Ordering & Payment
⟡ Payment must be completed within the stated deadline; unpaid orders will be canceled.
⟡ Once payment is confirmed, production will begin. Production time depends on our schedule or mutual agreement.
4. Shipping & Packaging
⟡ Magic candles and sprays are packed to protect against moisture and damage.
⟡ For orders containing natural plants or essential oils, please check your country’s import restrictions.
⟡ Delays due to force majeure (e.g., disasters, transport issues, customs checks) are beyond our control.
5. No Refund Policy
⟡ Due to the custom and consumable nature of magic products, as well as hygiene and energetic integrity, returns and refunds are not accepted for reasons such as:

☽ Differences in scent, color, or appearance
☽ Energy experience differs from expectation
⟡ If severe damage occurs during shipping, please send unboxing photos/videos within 24 hours for review.
6. Energy & Spiritual Benefits
⟡ Energy and spiritual uses are for cultural, spiritual, and personal belief purposes only, and are not a substitute for medical, legal, or financial advice.

7. Usage & Safety
⟡ Candles: Burn on heat-resistant surfaces, away from flammable objects, children, and pets. Never leave unattended.

5. Return & Exchange Policy
