Duration: Approximately 4 hours, including guided meditations and interactive practices
Format: Live remote teaching—Camera on required to support a shared energy field

Please prepare ahead of time:

✦ Sage, white sage, palo santo, or your preferred energy-cleansing tools

We will guide you through energy cleansing and sacred space creation, so that you can feel supported, safe, and clear—wherever you are.
